Delivery Policy

Processing Time: All our tote bags are made to order. Once you place your order, it usually takes 2–5 business days for your tote bag to be printed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Time:

USA & Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (depending on location & customs)

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: As soon as your tote is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made on demand (custom printed just for you), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we’ll happily replace your item if:

The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

You received the wrong item.

To start a claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email]. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

💳 Refunds

If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

In rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or PayPal.

📦 Returns

We do not accept general returns. All tote bags are custom-made and printed uniquely for each order. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase
